Amazon Key

The Real Deal developed a significant partnership with Amazon Key in 2024, leading to the development of a co-branded new product: The Amazon Multifamily Market Index, a key indicator quarterly report with data and analysis to serve as the definitive guide for investors, owners, and operators in the multifamily real estate space.

The initial campaign launch encompassed quick turn strategic development of an infographic-led white paper, with accompanying web, social, and email assets. As part of a small creative team encompassing myself, TRD’s creative director, and a freelance designer, my role involved initial and final report designs, development of the co-branded digital assets and social campaigns, art direction of the website, and creative project timeline management with the internal marketing and sales teams.

This high-profile, lead-gen campaign was met with great fanfare by the Amazon Key team, as we continue to deliver on quarterly reports and campaigns.
